What I Eat In a Day: March

Pre-Breakfast: Charcoal Water
I don't do this every day but it's a nice detox sometimes when you're feeling bleh. Don't drink charcoal water with food, or it apparently does absolutely nothing for you. I usually do this an hour before I eat. If I don't have Charcoal water, I will have water with lemon. 

Breakfast: Steel Cut Oats
This is still my go-to breakfast. I just cook up some steel cut oats with some almond milk, water and cinnamon (takes forever). Then I top it off with berries, chia seeds and sometimes coconut flakes. I will drink this with lemon water or Kombucha. 

Mid Morning: Coffee & Snack
I've been having my coffee mid morning lately so when I get my coffee, I also will have some fruit and some nuts if I'm feeling hungry. 
 
Lunch: Salad
I've been obsessed with this salad from Freshii. It's the Metaboost salad and I add Falafel. Oh my god, it's so good. I also am always drinking water throughout the day.

Mid-Afternoon Snack: 
Sometimes I get hungry after lunch and an easy snack is just some veggies and hummus or I drink a Green Juice from Village Juicery. 

Dinner: Eating Out
I go out for dinner a lot. Since I work from home, this is a nice time to be able to see people and hang out with friends. I try to keep it healthy, but hey it's not always possible. Ramen is delicious but god do I need a gallon of water after, so much sodium.
